Yoga Flow: A 4-week semester with Austeen
Fridays, February 6 • 13 • 20 • 27
12 to 1 p.m. | Adrian College Merillat Dance Studio
$77 | Space for 20 students
This series is built to help you:
• Reignite your discipline and focus for the year ahead
• Build strength, balance, and body awareness
• Experience flow as a meditation in motion
• Feel inspired, supported, and connected in community
It feels like we’re ready.
Ready to be with ourselves.
Ready to build strength, to move with breath, and to use flow as a meditation for the body, mind, and heart.
This four-week Vinyasa Semester is an invitation to return to yourself, to the discipline, devotion, and steadiness that lives within the practice. It’s the second month of the year, that moment when our intentions often start to slip away, and this is meant to keep us diligent and connected to the life we want to live.
Each class will offer inspiring music, community, and a vinyasa-based flow structure designed to help you feel both grounded and alive. You’ll receive optional hands-on support, guidance that encourages you to let go, and an environment that reminds you how good it feels to be in your body.
My intention for this semester is to guide you through a familiar flow each week, a sequence that your body begins to remember. Over time, the flow becomes less about thinking and more about feeling.
As the poses become familiar, you’ll think less and feel more.
You’ll begin to embody the rhythm, move with more presence, and notice how the same sequence transforms as you do.
Each week, small variations will be added to invite new strength, balance, and curiosity. The flow itself will work on you, and by the end of the semester, you’ll feel stronger, surer, and more anchored, in both body and self.
