Sound Bath

SOUND BATH with Allison Skeels Sunday, September 28th at 2 pm
This event is in conjunction with our exhibit A Colorful Dream and is FREE and open to the public.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where therapeutic instruments are used to create a sonic environment that promotes relaxation and healing. Participants typically lie down and listen to the soothing sounds and let the vibrations wash over them. Singing bowls, chimes and drums are common instruments used in a sound bath. It is a form of sound healing that aims to promote relaxation, reduce stress and enhance overall wellbeing.
This is event is free and open to the public and will take place in our Gallery Building (46).

Things to bring~
Yoga mat to lay on
Blanket if you want to get cozy or tend to get chilly.
