As a special thank you gift, all who donate will receive a $20 Kwik Trip gift card. PLEASE BRING A PHOTO I.D. WITH YOU. It is recommended to eat and drink plenty of water prior to donating blood. Please avoid caffeine until after your blood donaiton. Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with a signed parent consent found at www.cbblifeblood.org), weigh 110 lbs or more and be in good general health.
