Remembrance Ceremony - Adams Council on Aging

We invite you to join us as we celebrate the memory of those who have been part of our lives. Our service gives you an opportunity to enjoy special music, thoughtful readings and a meaningful way to celebrate the memory of your loved ones.

We encourage you to bring a picture of your person of remembrance to place on our designated remembrance table.
