We are thrilled to announce that The Witches of East End: Samhain Festival will now be hosted in partnership with Sher-mon Clement, owner and founder of the Youth Connect Club here in Ada! ✨

🕖 When: Friday, October 31st · 7 PM – 10 PM
This partnership gives our festival a welcoming home while allowing us to keep it 100% free, family-friendly, and open to everyone. Expect trick-or-treating, local vendors, music, games, and family activities under the October sky. A night where families, friends, and witches can go Down the Witch’s Road once again. Our goal remains the same: to make this festival free for every family, or at least 75% funded through community sponsorships, so everyone can share in the laughter, wonder, and light of the season. Regardless of cost.

To reach this goal, we’re asking our community to help sponsor, donate, or volunteer to make this magick happen.
We’re currently seeking:
🎃 Candy and treats for trick-or-treat bags
🎁 Raffle prizes, toys, crafts, and giveaways
🕯️ Décor — hay bales, pumpkins, mums, lights, tables, tablecloths, and signage
🍫 Food donations or trays from local restaurants
🧹 Cleaning supplies, sanitizer, trash bags, and volunteer snacks
💰 Monetary donations or gift cards to help cover lighting, décor, entertainment, and safety supplies.
Every dollar and every item goes directly toward event needs! Nothing is for profit. This is our way of giving back to the community that raised and supported us.

We aim to raise $8,000 in combined monetary and in-kind donations to fully fund The Witches of East End: Samhain Festival.
This covers:

• Music, contests, and kids’ activities
• Lighting, tables, and safety supplies
Every dollar goes directly to keeping this a free, family-friendly Halloween festival for Ada.

We’ll be accepting in-person donations at the following times and location:

You can bring candy, décor, supplies, monetary donations, or any of the listed contribution items during those hours. Volunteers from The Magickary & House of Noctis Rosa will be there to receive donations and answer questions.
🖤 A Labor of Love from Two Local Witches
This festival is being organized by Shawna Rodriguez, co-owner of The Magickary and founder of House of Noctis Rosa, and Michaela Anderson, co-owner of The Magickary. The Magickary is a locally founded, cousin-owned metaphysical business right here in Ada, created with heart, vision, and an unshakable belief in community. Through our sister company, House of Noctis Rosa’s Community Events Division, that mission is now expanding into events designed to unite, uplift, and celebrate the magick in all of us. Every part of this festival, from the first idea to the final candle lit, is being made possible by the hands and hearts of your neighbors. This isn’t about business or recognition; it’s about rekindling Ada’s spirit and keeping Halloween alive on the night it was always meant to be celebrated.
