October 15 - Fall Prevention & Balance: One in four adults over 65 experiences a fall each year. Discover why balance declines with age, what increases fall risk, and practical steps you can take to stay steady, confident, and injury-free.
November 12 - Injury Prevention for the Adult Athlete: From running and tennis to golf and weekend workouts, active adults face unique injury risks. Learn about common issues and how to prevent them—plus treatment tips and time for your questions.
