S.O.S. Presents Yoga with Jen!

This event will be held at Logan Farm Park on the side across the street from the playground. There is a curvy paved trail and a beautiful grassy area with shade for us to reset your Vagus Nerve! Come join us!

This event is suitable for all fitness levels. Jen is knowledgeable in hypermobility disorders and other chronic illnesses.

This event is free of charge and open to everyone, whether you are a new or current Spoons of Salt member. We invite members of the chronic illness community in Cherokee County, Cobb County, and surrounding areas to join us and participate.
