Full Moon Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

This special session will begin with Restorative Yoga, a gentle, floor-based practice designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into deep rest. Supported by props and long-held poses, you’ll be guided into a state of effortless relaxation. Closing the session you will be invited to fully surrender into a healing Sound Bath where soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, helping to balance energy, quiet the mind, and align with the powerful lunar cycle
