This unique Slow Buti Flow session blends slow but intentional movement with dynamic elements of Buti to awaken your energy, connect you to your body, and honor the light within. Expect to spiral, shake and a create vibrations by candlelight. 🕯️
In the spirit of Diwali— 🪔 a celebration of inner light triumphing over darkness—we’ll move through a flow designed to release tension, spark joy, and cultivate presence. Expect soulful beats, mindful breathwork, and a supportive space for all levels.
The evening concludes with a sound bath, allowing you to fully surrender and soak in the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient tones. Let the sound carry the light of this celebration into your body, mind, and spirit.
