Intro to Yoga Workshop

Always wanted to try yoga, but you dont know your downward-facing dog from your tree pose? Maybe you've tried a class, but cues were overwhelming and/or nap time at the end seemed really confusing? Or, maybe you just want to try something new with the new year.
In this workshop we will go over what yoga is, learn a little vocabulary, and try out some fundamental poses in our own bodies. There will time for exploration and any questions that may arise.
