Class Overview:
The Alexander Technique (AT) is an educational practice that helps you think, move, and connect with your environment with conscious awareness. By awakening the mind-body connection, AT training can lead to improved balance, coordination, and ease of movement in all activities of life. Using gentle hands-on touch and non-judgmental verbal guidance, I support students to feel lighter, less tense, and more free to move.
For an overview of the technique, please visit my website: Alexander Technique – Lupine Embodyworks.
