MEES Invites you to a free EE Practitioner gathering taking place this spring funded by a generous grant from the North American Association for Environmental Education. The purpose of these gatherings is to come together with others who work in careers connected to environmental teaching and learning in order to build community, learn from one another, and just plain have fun in nature.
This gathering is a family friendly play date for you to bring your child (or just your child-like sense of wonder) to the Discovery Museum in Acton, MA. We will gather for snacks, introductions, and a short welcome from an educator at the museum and then head out to explore and play together in the indoor and outdoor exhibits of the museum. This program falls on Father's Day, so please feel free to bring along the fathers, grandfathers, or other family you celebrate with on this day as well!
