Ecstatic Dance with The Frolic

Let your body move and your spirit soar at The Frolic—a 30 year old, barefoot, substance free, ecstatic dance that welcomes all ages and celebrates freedom, connection, and joy.

This month we will be partnering with Dance Church for a Sunday morning dance at The Well. Please join us on December 28th from 11am -1 pm. More information about DJs to come.

This dance is by donation.

The Well is located at 92 St. Josen Road in Accord, NY. Please drive 25 mph or less down St. Josen Road. There is limited parking so carpooling is appreciated. The Well is located at the very end of the road so please do not stop at any other driveways along the road.
