THE PATHWAY TO HONOUR (1)
Major Scriptural Reference: John 12:26
John 12
26 If any man SERVE ME, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father HONOUR.
The Word "Pathway”, Basically Means "Steps Or Ways".
The Greek Word For Honour, As Used In our Opening Scriptural Reference Is 'Timoa' (Pronounced As "Tim-ah'-o”; With The Stress On The Second Syllable). Grammatically, It Is A Verb That Means 'To Prize; Value'.
The Word 'Serve' Is 'Diakoneo', (Pronounced As 'Dee-ak-on-eh'-o'; With The Stress On The Fourth Syllable). It Means 'To Wait Upon'. It is in the light of a waiter in a restaurant for her customers.
Like We See In Our Capitalized Opening Scriptural Text, The Major, General And Primary Requirement For Being Honoured By God, Is To Serve God.
The Word 'Serve' Is Used 32 Times In The New Testament Being Represented With Words As 'Minister', 'Administered' And 'Deacon'.
There Are Basically Two Types Of Service: The One To God, Like We See In Our Opening Scriptural Reference AND the other one to fellow human beings [Luke 17:7-9]. Both Are Important, But The One To God Is More Important.
Today And Always, God Wants You To Know That If You Are Going To Be Great, What You Need To Do, Is To Serve Him And As An Extension, humans. Once You Do This, He Will Honour You By Himself.

26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
