Led by wine sommelier Mile Spasov and meat sommelier Alejandro de la Fuente, this event will feature remarkable pairings and exceptional meat selections.

The menu includes starters such as smoked beef tongue skewers, potatoes, and caviar, while the steaks on offer include 21-day dry-aged Rubia Gallega striploin, 30-day dry-aged Grade 9+ Wildriver Full Blood wagyu rib-eye, and A5 Japanese Shiga prefecture Omi wagyu striploin.
