Savasana Lab: The Art of Deep Rest is a 1-hour, hands-on experience designed to be a luxury rest session, creating the most supported Savasana possible.

Settle into a deeply restorative Savasana immersion. You’ll receive multiple layers of support, gentle adjustments, and guided rest that leaves you feeling nurtured and reset.

This experience feels a little like a spa ritual, a little like a mini-retreat—and completely like something your nervous system will thank you for.
