Afan Bikes Annual Sponsored Ride

We are super excited to announce this years sponsored ride in aid of The Stroke Association. We have two routes available , one for road bikes, the other mountain bikes. Both routes will start from our shop on August 3rd at 10am and then rejoin at the midway food stop.
We have chosen a stunning scenic route for both rides, both being a challenge for an average ability rider. As the mtb route will be across country we have suggested the riders stay together on a none drop ride. Dylan from the Ystwyth MTB club is kindly supporting this ride offering his valuable experience .

We have a food stop mid way for both rides at the Nant Y Moch dam. The charity volunteers will be supplying some lovely homemade cakes along with bananas, energy supplements and lots of other goodies to boost energy levels.
To register for the ride we ask for a minimum donation of £25 , of which every single penny will go to the charity.

Every entry will go into our free prize draw with lots of goodies on offer and the rider that raises the most will win a goody bag.

All types of bikes including e-bikes welcome, we are also offering reduced rates for our hire bikes for the day.
