Come join us as we journey with the beautiful healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and instruments, a deeply relaxing session beautiful deep cellular healing. The frequencies and vibrations of the instruments and bowls help to relax the body and mind and can soothe the senses allowing us to quieten the mind and create a serene energy around us. Also bringing beautiful movement and mindfulness to prepare for the sound journey and to bring us back into our wholeness.
All you'll need to do is lay back and gift yourself this time to bring you what it is you need.
Please bring a bottle of water and cozy blankets and a mat to lay on to make yourself a little nest…….also a great idea to bring a hot water bottle to make sure your extra cozy.
