🧠✨ Join Us for a Warm, Welcoming Monthly Gathering

At Yr Hen Ysgol (formerly Abergele Community Centre) on the fourth Tuesday of every month 10-12pm

We’re excited to launch a brand-new monthly event designed especially for people living with dementia, along with their loved ones and carers. Whether you come for a cuppa, a friendly chat, or just some gentle company, this is a relaxed space to connect, share, and feel supported.

Everyone is welcome—come as you are!
