After more than a decade of supporting others on their healing journeys, Robyn Harris felt a deep inner nudge — it was time to share her own. To put into words the experiences, insights, and shifts that changed her life, and to offer them as a guiding light for others who might be feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed. So she put pen to paper (well fingertips to keys!) and poured her heart into this book. It weaves together her personal story of healing and transformation, the birth of W·I·L·D® Wellbeing, and the powerful perspective-shifting tools she's come to trust along the way.
