Talk-The Source of the River Tay-Victor Clements

Victor Clements works as a woodland and deer advisor, and lives in Aberfeldy. In 2007/8 he organized a survey over over 1000 miles of watercourses and tributaries of the Tay, looking at a range of environmental problems, and trying to quantify solutions. It was planned to end the survey at the Source of the Tay, but at the time, nobody seemed to know where that was. This is the story about how the source of the Tay has been defined, and how that came about.
