Touch of Prana: 3rd Event

The Touch of Prana Project: Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork is an event dedicated to making Vedic Thai Bodywork accessible to as many in our community as we can. Each event will have different Vedic Thai Yoga practicioners available.

On 10/4 we'll have two of our Vedic Table Thai trainees available, Natasha Valnes-Jorgenson and Sam Johnson-Bachmeier, for you to receive 20 minute mini sessions for $35.

These are first come first served day of or, if you would like to reserve a certain time with a certain person, reach out to them directly to save your spot. Payment with cash, check or Venmo is due upon reservation.

If weather permits, our sessions will be outside to enjoy the warmth that October is spoiling us with for a little bit longer. Otherwise sessions will be held inside the comforts of Fit and Fire Studios.

Come in comfy clothes that allow you to move and stretch freely.
