Stand Up to Falls at Michies Pharmacy

Did you know that from age 30, our muscles can lose up to 8% of their strength each decade? This can make daily activities more difficult and increase the risk of having a fall.

If you or someone you know is at risk of or experiencing falls, come along to Michies Union Street this Thursday 9:30-11:30am and meet the Stand up to Falls ambassadors. They will be sharing a host of hints and tips to keep you, your family and friends safe from falls.
