What we will cover on the Practical Training Workshop Day – 10am till 5pm
Welcome and Introduction
You will learn how to work with energy – some simple exercises to feel your energy and that of other people
We will practise the Japanese ‘Hatsurei Ho’ daily exercise meditation technique
You will receive 3 Reiju Spiritual Empowerments that connection you to the Reiki energy
Demonstration and Explanation – a variety of hand positions to suit everyone
Feeling the Energy Field – Practice with scanning one another
Treat another student – practice giving a full Reiki treatment
Be treated by another student – a chance to see how it feels !!

What you will receive in your Shoden Study Pack
* The 170 page, Glossy soft cover manual Professionally printed and bound as well as the full downloadable study pack consisting of the Shoden E-manual, PDF handouts & instructions, and two hours’ worth of MP3 audio tracks. You will receive the downloads as soon as you book your Workshop either by e-mail and/or viaWhatsapp.
The hard copy of the Manual will be posted out to you or you can collect it from the Centre by arrangement if that is more convenient for you – this allows you to read through the contents beforehand leaving us plenty of time for the Practical work on the Workshop day.
It’s really important for you to have read the manual and know your hand positions by the Workshop day as we will be focusing mainly on practise sessions.
The Workshop will be a small group with a maximum of 4 students.
The combination of both gives you the equivalent of 2 days training at a more relaxed pace. This gives you time to go over your notes whenever it suits you before and after the Course and really enjoy your Practical Day without being concerned about anything !!
