Functional Birth Prep Workshop

The Functional Birth Prep Workshop will help you feel more prepared and confident for labor. Learn how to support your body and baby with movement and pelvic awareness.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

Understand how pelvic mechanics impact labor
Use movement to support optimal baby positioning
Open different levels of the pelvis to help baby descend
Release tension in the pelvic floor to support easier pushing
Practice exercises you can start using during pregnancy
