About the event

Aberdeen & Beyond Storytelling Festival: Interactive family storytelling
We are bringing the Wild Woods to Culter Library on Sat 18 October. Join storyteller Cara Silversmith for a journey into the wild parts of our imagination in this interactive storytelling session, part of the Aberdeen & Beyond Storytelling Festival.

What will we find lurking around the corner? Is it a wolf, a fox, or a bear? Come and discover it!

The session is suitable for all ages. Children should be accompanied by an adult.

Cara Silversmith is a Scottish Storyteller whose captivating tales come from the whispered secrets of the natural world. Using her experience as a Ranger, a Teacher, and Naturalist she blends ancient wisdom and magic into her stories, taking listeners to places where earth and legend meet. Cara regularly works with schools, community groups and in creative performance to open up worlds of possibility and imagination.

You can learn more about Cara's job at her website: https://www.carasilversmith.com/.
