If you have been interested in using energy and want to learn more about starting your journey with Reiki then this two day journey is designed to help you learn the history of reiki, how reiki works and to learn the practice of carrying out a level 1 treatment.
Level1 is all about self healing and you will receive 4 attunements and be attuned to reiki level one.
A full manual, completion of a journal and follow up support will be provided. This is not a short course and follows and honours traditional Usui Reiki pathway.
You will learn:
- The History of Reiki
- The 4 Miracles
- The 5 Reiki Principles
- 4 separate reiki attunements and self healing practices including Gassho honouring the 4 miracles
- how to ground and balance your energy and explore how reiki benefits the human energy system
- Compose a personal invocation
- when not to use reiki
- Usui’s point location healing method and Dr Hayaashi’s full body treatment
- how to provide seated treatments
- PLUS alternative uses for reiki
