Mei Gwynedd formerly of Big Leaves and Sibrydion and now with Band Ty Potas puts a unique stamp on traditional Welsh songs and weaves them with other celtic traditions.
Arwyn Davies is familiar to everyone as the lovable character Mark Jones in Pobol Y Cwm - but we get to see Arwyn's musical side during this evening.
Who can forget Elen Wyn on the popular series The Traitors, promoting the Welsh language as she played the game - but do you know about Elen's incredible singing voice?
Cadog - The champions of the Battle of the Folk Bands at the Rhondda Cynon Taf National Eisteddfod 2024 - they are two brothers who combine a strong voice, energetic strumming, interesting chords and the scream of the sax to form a fresh and modern folk duo.
Oh - and they dance…
Cor Cwm Rhondda is now well known not only to the residents of the Rhondda but all over Wales - Concerts and Eisteddfods, the choir has displayed their perfect harmonies all over the country.
Leading the evening will be Phyl and Ieu - (Phyl Harries and Ieuan Rhys) two friends since their days at the Welsh College of Music and Drama. Both with strong connections to Aberdare, Phyl (Cwmdare) and Ieu (Trecynon) and both now familiar faces on stage and television across Wales and Britain.
