Journey Inward: Tea & Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of nourishment for your spirit — where the veil thins, intuition awakens, and your soul journeys beyond.

We’ll begin with a Mystical Astral Tea Ceremony led by Sandy from Healthy Through Herbs — a grounding ritual to slow down, center yourself, and sip in intention. This tea is crafted to open inner gateways, expand awareness, and attune your energy for the journey ahead.

Next, Lori from Moon Healing Center will guide you through a 10 minute gentle stretch flow designed to prepare your body as a vessel — releasing tension, opening your energy channels, and grounding you into presence before you travel inward.

Finally, settle into comfort for a guided astral meditation & chakra sound bath. Lori will weave soothing singing bowl vibrations with a meditation to:
