About the event

Workshop Kombucha & wilde siroop
Samen met Tom van The Herbal Brewery maken een kruiden- en wilde plantenwandeling, met aandacht voor eetbare en drinkbare planten. Daarna gaan we binnen aan de slag met deze planten. Na een korte presentatie over gefermenteerde dranken maken we een ‘wilde siroop’ met ingrediënten van tijdens de wandeling. Er wordt uiteraard ook geproefd.

Datum: zondag 28 september 2025. Van 13u30 tot 17u30.
