I’m so excited to share a new chapter with you ✨
After my last 3 somatic events in 2025, I’ve now launched The Somatic Space which is a warm, nurturing space created to help you feel safe, grounded, and clearer in your body and mind. 🕯️
This name resonated with me more deeply as everyone here is part of my community🫶❤️
You’ve opened up, shared, came to my events or have/ are working with me✨
Some call it a class, while others say it’s an experience, but what matters most is; it’s a space to RECONNECT with yourself, RELEASE tension, and GAIN clarity about what you truly want.
I’m THRILLED to announce that I’ll have ongoing classes✨ The 1ST class happens this Sunday from 10-11am @aurora.emmelie at Inward Institute, and will continue bi-weekly on Thursdays & Sundays.

~We focus on somatic awareness & nervous-system-led practices
~Breathwork and gentle movement to help you feel your body, not just stretch it
~Tools to help you release overthinking and feel confident and intuitive in your everyday life
Alongside classes, I also offer 1:1 Coaching Online and In-Person to support you in building confidence, clarity, and alignment in your life.
