Docker and Containerization

This lecture will introduce students to containerization using Docker, a tool and methodology that enables consistent and efficient application development and deployment across different environments. Including the following:

Understand the basic of containerization and the advantage for modern software development

Learn the basics of running docker containers
- Simple docker commands
- Volumes
- Network

Learn to containerize existing applications & the basics in docker compose to run multiple containers together.
Basic knowledge about networking between containers and host
