Detailed technique for building the dragontail
Preparatory conditioning and flexibility exercises to specifically improve strength and mobility
Various dragontail variations, transitions, and combinations, adapted to your intermediate level
Safe spotting and training methods so you can execute and hold the trick cleanly and with control

Who is the workshop suitable for?
For pole dancers with solid experience at the intermediate level (strength, flexibility, balance). A certain level of strength and technique is required, but you don't need to be a pro yet.
