Meditation Workshop in Örebro

After this session you will feel energised, refreshed and inspired.
Unlike a regular class or group meditation, this would be a mini-retreat experience. The program includes:
- A session of yoga asanas
- A short lecture about chakras
- A singing of mantra
- A deep guided meditation
- A closing tea gathering with vegetarian snacks and time for questions and talk
