Visste du at Y2K faktisk referer til en feil med datamaskiner, hvor de inntil 01.01.2000 hadde operert med å forkorte årstallet til de to siste årene (f.eks. 1999 = 99), og folk var bekymret for at enkelte datamaskiner ikke ville klare å skjønne at 00 = 2000 og derfor ikke funke riktig?

Did you know that Y2K actually refers to a computer bug, where up until 01.01.2000 they had operated by shortening the year to the last two years (e.g. 1999 = 99), and people were worried that some computers would not be able to understand that 00 = 2000 and therefore not work correctly?
At Y2K-bodega you don't have to worry about your computer, though! By Y2K we mean the 2000s in music and fashion! Everything from Eminem to Destiny's Child is playing from the speakers and we expect a lot of Ed Hardy, Juicy Couture and scene kids pouring through the door!
