An intro and initation to lucid dreams
What is lucid dreaming?
Lucid dreaming is a state in which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming while still in the dream.
This awareness can allow the dreamer to potentially influence or control the dream environment and experience.
For many people lucid dreaming can enhance creativity, problem-solving, and personal insight.
It can be a source of spiritual understanding, insight and growth as well as entertainment and adventure, as it allows for immersive experiences beyond waking life.
Lucid dreaming can promote self-awareness, spiritual and a deeper connection to their subconscious or divine aspects.
It is viewed as a tool for meditation, introspection, and exploring alternative states of consciousness.
If you're curious about exploring your mind or seeking unique experiences, it may be a worthwhile pursuit.
The history of lucid dreaming is rich and varied, with many cultures considering it a meaningful or sacred experience.
In various traditions, lucid dreaming has been seen as a way to access higher knowledge, divine guidance, or spiritual realms.
Indigenous and shamanic traditions views lucid dreams as portals to the spirit world, providing guidance, healing, or prophecy.
Shamans often engages in deliberate dreaming practices to communicate with ancestors or spirits.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, lucid dreaming is connected to practices of meditation and enlightenment, where controlling dreams can lead to deeper self-awareness and spiritual awakening
Tibetan Buddhism, for instance, emphasizes lucid dreaming as a means to understand the illusory nature of reality and progress on the path to enlightenment.
Recently, lucid dreaming is often considered a tool for exploring consciousness, tapping into the subconscious, and achieving spiritual insights.
Many spiritual seekers see it as a means of awakening to higher truths or accessing divine states.
Lucid dreaming is a meaningful spiritual practice with transformative potential.
The retreat will be held at the beautiful Karma Shedrup Ling retreat center.
The place is a beautiful Tibetan buddhist retreat center and is located in the forest 40 min outside of Oslo.
It´s easyly reachable with public transportation!

(It is possible and recommended to arrive on the 24th to the venue, but the classes start on the 25.th)

If you want to deepen your spiritual and esoteric studies and practice, including activating lucid dreaming and other spiritual faculties,
then we can truly honestly recommend with all of our hearts to take part of this!
This may be the only time she will be able to do this here. Otherwise, you will need to travel to Guatemala to experience her teachings.

There are several options to sleep at the venue, or you can sleep at your own arrangements.
there are several huts at the venue that are possible to rent for a small fee.
Delicious vegetarian meals will be included.
As this is a non profit based workshop we aim to only cover the expenses of travelling to Europe for 2 weeks.
If you are without income or low income we are open to finding solutions that could make it possible for you to join.

Once you sign up there will be a deposit of 100 USD to secure your place,
the remaining part will be paid in USD cash only at the venue.
