The Polk County Toy Run is held each year the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Ride leaves from Saluda fire department 199 Walnut Drive, Saluda NC at 2 pm.Proceeds benefit children of low-income families in Polk County.

Free, but Donations are Appreciated and pay for the concerts, bi-weekly Spring/Summer concert series at Rogers Park Amphitheater in Tryon, NC. In case of rain, concerts move indoors to Tryon Fire Dept., directly across the street from Rogers Park.
