As a registered yoga instructor , I have used my degree in Clinical Nutrition and certifications in Wellness and Thai Yoga Massage to provide a holistic approach to health and wellness for adults and children.I have over 400 hours in wellness and holistic training including Thai Massage and Reflexology, Reiki, Yoga for Adults and Children,Zumba, Zumbini, Yoga for Athletes, and Yoga for Injury Prevention/Recovery. My experience includes teaching group and private yoga and meditation at libraries, community centers, churches, residential gyms, schools, and corporate offices, including CSPAN, Washington DC . I am also a Certified Member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and CEO of Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds Yoga and Wellness for Kids and Teens.
