WIT Tulsa is a community-driven organization for women+, allies, and advocates working to close the gender gap in technology through mentorship, professional development, and meaningful connection. Rooted in Tulsa’s growing innovation ecosystem, we create accessible, high-impact programs that support women at every stage of their careers.Our programming includes mentorship circles and 1:1 mentorship, hands-on workshops, coworking and workshopping sessions, certification and education pathways, and leadership development opportunities for members and volunteers. We intentionally serve both experienced professionals and those early in their careers or pivoting into tech to help members build skills, confidence, and networks that lead to real career growth.WIT Tulsa partners with local and national organizations, including coworking spaces, education providers, and technology leaders, to expand access to learning, mentorship, and economic opportunity. Through these partnerships, we also support early exposure to technology for youth, particularly girls ages 12–18, strengthening Tulsa’s future tech talent pipeline.Leadership development is central to our mission. We cultivate leaders through programming, board and committee service, and volunteer roles that empower members to shape both the organization and the broader tech community.
