Cruisin' 53 is an event organized by the Warren Community Foundation. The Warren Community Foundation (WCF) was formed for the coordination, marketing, and implementation of various community events designed to promote the welfare of the City of Warren, Michigan, and to donate the proceeds to charitable and educational organizations doing good works. WCF believes the best way to bring people together is to get them out of the house and talking to one another. The foundation is comprised of veteran businessmen and philanthropists with decades of experience and relationships.The Warren Community Foundation is a nonprofit under the umbrella of the Warren Center Line Chamber of Commerce (WCLCC). That chamber is one of two area specific subchambers of the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce (SMCC).
