Vinaigrette Austin

Vinaigrette first opened in 2008 in a funky adobe house in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. Following the success of its flagship location, the brand expanded to Albuquerque in 2012 along historic Route 66 and to Austin in 2016 beneath the shade of a 400-year-old live oak just off South Congress. Each location reflects Vinaigrette’s commitment to being a meaningful, positive presence in its community while making healthy eating joyful, approachable, and easy.
