Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC) is a private, non-profit community economic development group. We firmly believe that providing families of modest means with home ownership will guide these families into the economic mainstream and a more stable, sustainable lifestyle. Since our creation in 2001, we have assisted very-low, low- and moderate-income families to buy affordable homes in Ventura and Santa Barbara County. We supply the education and coaching necessary to provide our clients with a clear pathway for financial stability and acquiring long-term assets as well as Lending and Realty services including down payment assistance.
