The first step in discerning if the Creighton Model is right for you is to attend a group introductory session taught by a qualified Creighton Practitioner. This 90-minute session gives women and couples an overview of the scientific foundations for Creighton and discusses its efficacy rates to achieve or avoid a pregnancy. It also allows women and couples to envision how they would use the Creighton Model on a day-to-day basis.
