Trevaris Tutt, is an advocate for ownership, control, passing down wealth to his six children and their children. He is an investor and serial entrepreneur. He is the owner and broker of a Real Estate Company which is outstretched throughout several states and growing. Occupy Real Estate Group, dealing in residential and commercial sales, as well as property management is the foundation of his real estate empire. He also owns a real estate school, a real estate investment company, a real estate development company, and a mortgage company with his wife. Trevaris is also is a successful day trader and also involved in the health sector with a non profit and for profit business with his business partner. It might be too much to mention his involvement in the financial industry as a licensed and knowledgeable life insurance agent. It wasn’t always like this, but through dedication, perseverance, and strategy, he is striving to build his family an empire. Trevaris is now an owner of a handful of companies,He has his hands in a lot of endeavors including inspiring others through writing, producing, educational content, starting and being a part of organizations which focus on impoverished areas in the city specifically tending to children and young adults. He is currently building his businesses to continually pursue philanthropy in that area. Trevaris and his wife Crystal, homeschool their children and teach them about entrepreneurship and financial literacy and desire for them to not have to face obstacles in building wealth and pursuing their true passions. He believes in using wealth as a tool to help people physically (food, clothing, health) and mentally (psychologically, emotionally, academically). He believes in making no excuses, but he also believes in getting tools, resources, and knowledge in people’s hands so that opportunities will not pass them by unaware.
