We offer award-winning craft cocktails, artisan flatbreads and a curated selection of craft beer from around the country.Our tour takes guests back in time and highlights our building's rich history spanning nearly two centuries from its inception in 1857-- throughout the Prohibition Era when Al Capone took control-- to the distillery's current 21st century production. Visit our original 1857 limestone-filtered Artesian well and our production floor where we produce craft single malt whiskey, rum, gin and other spirits.
