The Youth Shelter Program of Westchester offers young men ages 16-24 an alternative to incarceration that achieves something a jail sentence never will: genuine holistic rehabilitation, successful re-entry into the community and accountability and independence. We believe that every deserving young person who makes a mistake and ends up in the criminal justice system is given the opportunity to redeem themselves and contribute to a safe and thriving community.
