The Dancehouse: Empowering Minds, Strengthening Bodies, and Embracing Positive Expression. The Dancehouse is a unique dance studio and small theatre space that was created for fine and performing artists. We provide a safe and affordable sanctuary for all skill levels, ages, and artistic endeavors. The Dancehouse is based in Point Loma, San Diego, offers dance classes and rental spaces to the general public. Our current classes include adult and youth classes: cardio hip hop and choreography, contemporary, ballet, country line dance, and Latin fusion. We look forward to adding jazz, yoga, tap, and ballroom in the near future. We are still currently renting out space to local companies, teachers, and independent contractors; the current rates for studio rentals are $25/hour for regular renters, $30 for one time renters [1-19 people] $35/hr 20-39 people, $50/hour for show rentals, and $85/hour for parties.
