“I have never attended one of these gathering of food trucks. Reminded me of attending a carnival without the rides or shows. One thing I believe maybe true, the food trucks with the biggest lines is your hint to the best meals. Good variety, but some serving the same or similar. The food trucks my wife & I chose, were items we liked, but not as crowded. Not as crowded prove to be ' not as tasteful'. Never the less, we'll attend more in the future with lessons learned. For those vendors who did not fare well, it's either your food, your price or both. ”
