First of all, the event was not in Santa Clarita. It was in Sylmar second of all when I paid for VIP seating. I expected to have my chairs saved when I have my personal belongings on a chair. I had somebody that was at our area with seven chairs, six of which were provided by the event, but a staff member informed my friend that there was no reserving seats and allowed other patrons to remove our personal belongings off of our chairs so they could take them. There was four adults and three children three adults and the three children went to go bounce when one adult came back. Chairs were missing and belongings were on the grass
