On October 12 we went to the event and the place was closed, there was no information anywhere, I sent an email requesting information and I have called thousands of times and no one answers the phone for customer service, we are very disappointed and we want the return of our money.

Not enough seating. Not enough food trucks to choose from. They ran out of pumpkins so not every kid got one.

Parking was terrible. Not all of the advertised events were open. There were not nearly as many animals as advertised. It seemed like it was just some stuff thrown together in the woods. Could not find workers anywhere. Big waste of money
