“i really enjoyed the experience that Matty shared in the Forster Yoga Studio. The sounds created a relaxation that left me feeling lighter and happier. The 1 1/2 hours slipped by like minutes. I felt the mediation initially opened my mind to accept the sounds. Once I laid down with closed eyes I seen colours of coral, reds and yellows in circle formations. A very unusual sensation but beautiful. Thanks to Matty for a beautiful sound experience.”
